Shipping & Returns
Excluding launch days, all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Once dispatched your order should arrive within the approximate timescales. Note that Señorita is not responsible for any customs or import charges on orders outside of the EU. Any orders outside of the EU that are declined by the customer due to customs payments will not be subject to a refund.
Items purchased on senoritacollection.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
We will also instantly refund your order when you decide to initiate the return, and we can either pick it up at your home or you can deposit it at a collection point.
#Order Number / The order number. You can find it in the confirmation, reception and delivery emails.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.
